This class was easily the highlight of my MIT career so far. Being one of the capstone classes in the AeroAstro department, we were finally able to apply a great deal of our knowledge into a physical system. The class was structures as a series of labs, each covering a different robotics concept. We first started out with basic PID control, later covering machine vision, path planning, and optimizing algorithms for high speed.
By the end of the semester, we compiled an online portfolio with our reports and work from the semester. The portfolio can be accessed here:
